Consultancy and redevelopment of battery powered lighting fixture firmware and network architecture for use with the Green Space Dark Skies project

Design of Geolight firmware supporting a selection of both dynamic and static colour modes
RTK GNSS radios allow the Geolight to provide it’s location with an accuracy of 5cm
WiFi connectivity with an emphasis on optimised network design, allowing up to 750 lights to connect simultaneously. This allows each fixture to transmit stats including location and battery charge
Custom plugin developed externally for Stage Precision injested Geolight location, allowing real time pixel maps as the fixtures move around a landscape
Further dynamic colour update modes supported through Artnet and wDMX
Over the air updates through WiFi allow easy fleet updating
Personal input from experience working in the lighting industry to make the firmware as easy to use as possible whilst in the field
